Manuscript Format

Authors should prepare manuscripts using Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).

Abstract

The abstract should clearly describe:

• Background
• Objective
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusion

Keywords

Provide 4–8 keywords arranged alphabetically.

References

• Style: Use the Vancouver (numeric) style for citations: number references in the text in order of appearance and list them in that order at the end. Cite numbers in square brackets in-text (e.g., [1], [2–4]). Do not use footnotes or author-date.
• Formatting: In the reference list, give full details: authors, title, journal (abbreviated), year, volume(issue):pages (see examples below). Include all authors up to 6; for 7 or more, list the first 6 followed by “et al.”. Provide DOIs or URLs for online sources when available. Examples (modified from ICMJE/Vancouver style) are given below:
• Journal article: Author A, Author B. Title of article. Abbrev J Title. 2021;12(3):123–130.
• Book: Author C, Author D. Book Title. 2nd ed. City: Publisher; 2019.
• Web page: Author E. Title [Internet]. Year [cited 2025 Mar 1]. Available from: URL
• Software: If applicable, cite any software used (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero) in a manner similar to references.
• Reference Accuracy: Ensure every reference is cited in the text and vice versa. Double-check author names, spellings, and page numbers.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all references.

Figures and Tables

• Submit high-quality figures.
• Number figures and tables consecutively.
• Provide descriptive captions.
• Ensure all figures are cited in the text.

Language

Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.

Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally edited before submission.

Ethical Requirements

Authors must ensure that:

• The manuscript is original.
• The work has not been published elsewhere.
• The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.
• All authors have approved the submission.
• Appropriate ethical approvals have been obtained where applicable.
