Publication Fees (Article Processing Charges)

Insightia Journal of Research and Innovation is an open access or hybrid, peer-reviewed journal. There is no submission fee, but an Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable upon acceptance to cover editorial and production costs. (For example, a comparable journal charges INR 2000 and USD 340 per article.) APC waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low‑income countries on request. Authors will be informed of the APC during the submission process. After payment for the APC, the article will be published immediately with free public access.

Important Fee Policy

  • No submission fee is charged at the time of manuscript submission.

  • APC is payable only after final acceptance of the manuscript if applicable.

  • Payment of APC does not influence the editorial decision or peer-review process.

  • All accepted articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License.

  • APC covers peer review management, plagiarism screening, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, DOI assignment (where applicable), and long-term digital archiving.

Waiver and Discount Policy

Insightia supports equitable access to publishing. APC waivers or partial discounts may be considered for:

  • Authors from low- and middle-income countries

  • Early-career researchers and students

  • Invited articles and special issues

  • Financial hardship cases (upon written request)

Requests for waivers must be submitted before or during peer review and will be evaluated by the editorial office.

Payment Method

  • Payment details will be communicated only after manuscript acceptance.

  • Accepted payment modes include bank transfer/online payment (details provided via official journal email).

  • An official payment receipt will be issued after confirmation.
